I don't know if it helps, but I don't have anybody to turn to when I need to talk about things like this, either. I have great friends in terms of hanging out and not being fake, but they are not the types to sit down and listen to me and give me advice. I've tried on a couple of occasions and it turned to laughs and mockery, or just disinterest on their part. Therefore, I just talk to myself in my head, lol. I can't be fucked on doing this, but you could start a journal and express your problems. Therefore, when they are on paper, it's easier to try and see how to better them.
