Non-Urban Music Muse 'The Resistance' Album

#1
anyone else here listen to or like Muse's music?

after hearing a few of the latest tracks from their Resistance album i went and bought it and am currently listening to it

the album itself sounds much inspired by the story/events that are depicted in george orwell's book 1984, hence the title 'the resistance' is liken to that of 'the Brotherhood' in the same story. some tracks inparticular have direct references to 1984 including mentions/references of the 'thought police' in the albums title track

good album, plus i related to it directly from it's theme/direction

i listen to them.

I heard one of the new songs on the radio. It sounds similar to songs that were on Black Holes and Revelations which is a good album imo

this track from Muse is awesome from The Resistance, it has great in-depth overtones of religious concepts

bobby have you read the book called 1984 by George Orwell, i liked the black holes and revelations album too, but i relate a lot more to this new album by already having read the book mentioned/in question
