Yea lol, but I do think the "shock" part was moreso a reference to their reaction to the results of her treatment. They were shocked because it's so incredible that a human has been raised like this, not shocked because it makes so little sense

Also, might be a case of journalists using inaccurate words because it gave the sentence a nice ring. So stop doubting russian specialists k!? I am sorta not on MSN a lot but will be soon-ish. Got a job interview tomorrow, soon as I get a place and shit settles down, I might be online a little more.
