Also, have you all noticed how simple spelling errors make the creator seem like a fuckhead and take away some of the joke's potential?

The picture of the man in weird attire scrubbing the street is pure gold, yet the author comes up with what is essentialy a non-joke and the cocks up the spelling as well. That's unfortunate.

some times that bad spelling is part of the joke itself, but yeah, i agree with you. so many foreign people who think they're funny. they're the same fucking losers that use the "" smiley all the time.

maybe so, i'm not gonna be a loser, i'll admit that i tend to use more smileys when i talk with girls because i believe i can entice them through showing my playful and emotional side. but i know it doesn't work so it's just a force of habit.

my example wasn't just an exaggeration though, some people use the ""-smiley after every sentence regardless of what they're actually saying, and it's so fucking annoying.

sometimes a smiley may totally change everything.
For example when I chat with a girl who I'm very close with and say something like:
"You're a bitch" she will most probably think that I tried to offend her.
Saying "You're a bitch : D" looks totally different to even cute for some people.
When I chat with a friend and I say "You're one annoying motherfucker" it will definately be justified by a ": P" smiley at the end.
Also when I say something 70% serious, 30% joking or the other way around a single ": p" will show it.
