last month he fired me for having a bad attitude. the reality is he pushed me to work twice the LEGAL amount of night shifts several months in a row to the point i was on the verge of a stress-induced breakdown.
this month i am taking his ass for about $3700. i was never contracted due to my own laziness, but the fact that he didn't push me so that i would get to signing it (i worked night shifts, slept all day, he couldn't be fucked coming to work at night) just bit him in the ass.
since i'm not contracted, i fall in under special regulations. one of them state that if i'm fired on the day, i have to right to recieve payment for what remains of the month. additionally, he owes me money because i didn't recieve a paycheck for the last 14 days i worked.
he fired me but i was the one on the rightous path, he's a major dillhole, and now i'm getting back at him. he's got till tuesday to come up with the money or i'm taking this shit further. he agreed to it and got all defensive so yeah, this gotta be the best feeling in the world
i shall also alert his supervisor.
