If possible, call your nearest service center... and ask for detailization of your phone calls for a period (1 month)... you will get a paper with all phone in/out/called numbers listed.. it's easy.. luck.
 
Off-topic: How come you don't post much anymore? I remember you frequented HHH/Streethop all the time.
 
If you are on Orange contract call them and ask them to do what's called a SIM transfer onto your new SIM card. All the information that was stored on it will then be transferred. Not entirely sure if the other networks can do it, i'd imagine they could. Any numbers stored on your phone memory are gone unfortunately.

You still need the original sim card for that, and thats probly snapped and in the trash while some kids just got himself a new phone.
