Missing Functions

sup, i dont know if this is a new thing but when i want to make a post and i go to 'advanced post'
the icon bar at the side is not there. the one with the emoticons i mean.
and the toolar at the top is MIA as well.
is this just for me or admins took it away? is it because im on probation?

LOL it might be because of your probation because it shows up on my window.

Check your settings in User CP > Edit Options, down the bottom in Miscellaneous Options, that should be on Enhanced Message Editor Interface. (Try that, I think that is right...not entirely sure though).
