And since when was having die-hard fans a bad thing? How can you interpret this as me slagging him off?

No one has to prove he is innocent because he is innocent until proven guilty, the burden of proof lies with the prosecution not with the defense. You have to prove he did it, if there is any doubt then he is not guilty. Let me set this straight, the defense does NOT have to prove he is innocent, there doesn’t have to be any proof that he is innocent, the prosecution HAS TO prove he is guilty. That is how the US legal system works.

Go back to school or watch the practice or some shit. Geez.

Ye i know that was a dumb statment, I have been on jury duty on a rape case i know how it works.

I know mj still has fans in the uk, but its on the decline, thats why in the last 4 or 5 years he aint hardly been here, he was laughed of the stage at the brits about 8 years ago, i know your inocent till proven guilty so maybe i should keep my thoughts to myself but this is a disscusion board, but your right in future il wait till the jury decides if he is guilty, i dont see how pennypacker can say paying someone to do your taxes is the same as paying of a child who acuses you of molesting them.
