What's your geratest weakness?

Well the questions there.

I'm too nice. I do things for others (especially friends) that will hurt me like hell inside but will make them happy. I put my friends before myself which isn't a good thing at all. Example, there was this girl i really liked and didn't tell anyone about her, my mate also liked her so i went up to her and told her that my mate was interested and how nice they should date. Right now they're together and sometimes it still hurts.
Anyway, that's probably my greatest weakness. It gets in my way of happiness and thus fucks up with alot of other things.
