yes, he was harsh, but don't worry katie, they have no idea what is like sitting on the toilet with the seat up... Awful experience, almost traumatic

And don't make fun of us, cuz you guys are so lucky, you don't even need a toilet sometimes, you can go behing a bush (while travelling, for example) and it's the same! We can't do that
