the other day me & my friend were talkin about somethin that was said to be done in a MONTH and im like okay... October 27" hes like HELL NO ITS THE 25TH. i sit there and he explains that a 'A MONTH IS 4 WEEKS' i sit there and im bout ready to fuckin hit him and I say 'what the hell is that supposed to mean? then i explain that Today is the 27th of september, a month is October 27.

he's like well a Month is 4 weeks I said yeah it is

the way we measure months is different from weeks
months is the lowest thing because u can measure days individualy,
well no I dont know. You can add up like 10 days by sayin 'okay thats the 15th, its the 25th now'.

is a Year really a Year? its really 52 weeks? 12 months? 365 days? 8760 hours? is calculatin 86 hours really 86 hours or are u off? is calculatin your BIRTHDAY acurate or should it be the same exact day which u were born that week (like only celebrate birthdays on that weeks MONDAY if u were born on a MONDAY.?!)

4 weeks is 28 days. How many months have 28 days? That's why a month isn't 4 weeks.

There is 365 1/4 days in a year.

A month is not and never has been 4 weeks. Your friend is a tool and embarrases all those that have some kind of intelligence.

There are 4 weeks in a month and some days. That's why if you charge someone monthly (say on the 25th of every month) you will lose a months rent money. Because your not accounting for the four weeks you lose (those extra days)

Our calender is based on the movements of the Sun. Since the Sun won't play nice, we have to smuggle the odd day or year here and there. Even our day, 24 hours, is off. It takes the Earth something like 24 hours and a bit do one full rotation.

when i tell someone i mean months literally. i have never and never will consider 4 weeks to be a month. it makes no sense, because then a pregnancy would be more than 9 months.
