I'm not sure how well-known former Washington D.C. mayor Marion Barry is, but if you know who he is, the following might make you laugh.

I often listen to the Don & Mike Show, which is a nationally syndicated radio program, based in D.C., so that's where I got this. I found this to be one of the most hillarious bits they've done.
