Technology Master Hard Drive Failure

When I boot up my computer I get that message and it won't let me go past that. Can someone help? Just please tell me my files aren't gone.

They can probably be recovered

boot up using ur windows cd, and go to the recovery console.

type 'fixboot'

Well I don't have my windows cd anymore. is there another solution?

I can get to the Windoze load screen, and nothing happens after that.

just before the windows screen, hit f8 and try safe mode, if not that command prompt
