could this statement be true, i only just got the album, iv wanted it for a while, it went down in price so i picked it up. anyway, it could possibly be my fav hip hop realease to date, for me it only had 2 skippable tracks, the rest were some of the best iv heard, keeping in mind even my favourite albums has 4 or 5 skippable tracks, im way to fucking picky. techniqualy if i was a average rap fan id say every track is 5 star, whcih shouldnt be far of the truth for nearly everyone. production couldnt of been done better either

Everyone should hear it, no doubt. But the word "classic" is tossed around like Paris Hiltons pussy. I only qualify classics as something that I can listen to a year or 2 later and still bump it. I can't do that to A Long Hot Summer...hot album, not classic.

Solid album with some really nice cuts, but Disposable Arts and Sittin' On Chrome in my eyes are slightly better. This LP is perhaps his 3rd best, it's better than Slaughterhouse. Anyone agree?

peace.

Classic in my eyes. Im still bumpin that nearly every day along with disposable arts (which must make that even more of a classic) lol

I personally didnt like Sittin On Chrome as much. I think the production switched up a gear on his last 2 LPs and gave it a really unique style.

Sittin' On Chrome is his worst album, but still could be considered a classic, all of his catalog could be, most wouldn't. I don't give a shit about waiting 2 years to see, I already know it was an instant classic. It's the only album I've gotten in a long time where I literally couldn't stop listening to it. Some shit wears out fast, I like it a lot, but I don't listen to it that much, I just listened to it again at work and it's just as good every time.
