Management guru C K Prahalad passes away

I dont know if many of you knew who this guy was. But I think some of you studying business/economics probably know of him

He was voted the number 1 business thinker in the WORLD (above Gates, Jobs..etc...) for the past 2 years running.
I was lucky enough to meet him a few times, and I was scheduled to take his class this fall. Very sad

Yeah it's interesting he was mentioned in this week's economist special report. He wrote that one pretty good book, The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid. I didn't read any of his stuff though. I should. I know my Indian business strategy professor will be all about him today in class.

Hopefully Stuart Hart and Co will continue the work that they started.

They cancelled his class now I was hoping someone would take over but I guess it wouldnt be the same
