GAINSVILLE. - A 53-year-old man is charged with sexual gratification for allegedly having sex with his wife.
Donald K. Brock, of Gainsville, allegedly told police that he routinely has sex with his wife, usually when retiring for the night.
Brock told police he had sex with his wife before he went into the service in 1973 and resumed when he returned. He told police he never had sex with anything else while maintaining a relationship with his wife, the complaint said.
"I also use a condom," Mr. Brock is quoted as saying.
Brock is scheduled to appear in court March 10.
