There's no such thing as implied or obligatory sex, it's that kind of thinking that will get you in jail. You dont know what happened, perhaps he turned out to be a freak and turned her off, perhaps she simply passed out - in any case, a person male or female is entitled to change their mind and say no. No way should anyone be forced to have unconsentual sex even if they lead a person on, that's the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Thank goodness the legal system agrees with me.

There was a case similar to this a while ago in the UK. In that instance the offender got charged with rape. I think the process of thought was that when the victim consented to sex, she did so believing it was her boyfriend, therefore giving her boyfriend consent and not the offender.

Thats a fucked up thing to happen though. The boyfriend must be pissed.
