Hey,

Anyone have any information on where I can find a malpractice lawyer who either does pro bono work or will only collect a fee at the end of the trial if we win?

Thanks.

Depending on the case you might easily find a lawyer who would take his fee after the lawsuit is over. Usually it has to be a very solid case.

Just start finding lawyers in the phone book and call them and discuss it with them. Make sure it is clear that you cannot pay them and that they have to include their fee in the suit.

What kind of dispute is it? Most lawyers will be down for a contingency fee arrangement if its like an injury case. Commercial disputes, not so much.

Still, it's kind of dumb to ask here. Militant will respond for the milionth time and say, "I don't know, trish, I live in the UK but I googled some lawyers, here you go!"

Look up your local yellow pages or ask a friend. Jesus Christ. My next thread here will be for somebody to recommend me a dentist in my fucking area.

Come on Trish why asking these types of questions. You are smarter than this. You can (A) Google your question (B) Local phone book (C) Driving around and finding a lawyer (D) handleonthelaw.com

Asking people here about legal matters and or lawyers will get you nowhere. Now taking off your shirt will get replies.

Why are you so fucking bitter? If it's that big of a deal, don't reply.

It's not about being smart it's about networking. I've of course done all of that and i'm not really getting anywhere. But thanks anyway.

:confused::confused:

you guessed wrong, homefry.

Is this your actual opinion or are you just regurgitating what you already read like usual?

lol dude.. she's offering you help.. and youre slapping her in the face? youre saying there's too many out there and youre not getting anywhere because of it, but in this thread you're asking where you can find another malpractice lawyer??

what did you expect her to say?

You're question does not pertain to networking rather than finding a lawyer in your area. I don't see how a person like me in California will be able to find you a lawyer in Chicago. You know when you sue/go to court you will need to go to the jurisdiction in to which the incident happened.

Best of luck to you and hope you do find a lawyer because you won't find any help here on streethop.

Seriously though, a 365 page reply to this question wouldn't be sufficient enough.

If it's that big of a deal, don't reply.

If I don't reply, the next time a similar situation arises, you will do the same thing. I think my reply to you was efficient in preventing a future disaster on your behalf.

So far, it hasn't worked with either Militant, Carmi, or Rahim, but I'm hoping you will be the first one!!!!

loves ya babe
