Thanx man, and yea when it came time to record it I had to jus spit it......its nothin its jus a quick joint type shit........thanx for the feedback

classic beat, for a freestyle your coming pretty tight, rhyming everything nicely, but the flow for this track almost sounds like its to a different beat, something like an eminem joint with like a beat than break, beat than break,

"run to increase my calf muscles" haha dope

content is nothing really original but what freestyles are, not feeling the first four or five seconds but you improve as the track goes on

you got the freestyle tip down, but work on your delievery especially with the beat.

flow is kool for freestyle..A lil simple..maby cuz its to slow..I dunno..its koo, i just aint feeling it much...maby cuz I like the OG bit to much.
