Technology Magazine and Book Downloads

When it comes to movies and TV shows, I have that ground covered. It seems like there are many very good websites and blogs dedicated to putting that content up online for free. Anyone know of a really good one-stop-cop (not shop cause I don't shop, bitch) for magazines, books, or both?

I have found this to be a pain also.

Newsgroups are catching up now, but it's been slow on the uptake. Which is strange as it takes about a second to upload or download an e-book.
