Why didn't madonna release this song with 2pac on it??? did she understand how HUGH!! this song could of been with pac and her.

I believe it wasn't released because at the time Pac was getting in a shit load of trouble and the label that she was on didn't wanna be associated with that. I may be wrong but if my memory suits me right i think that was the right reason.
