Technology madden 08 (i got ps2, thats right, i'm poor)

lol @ that youtube video first off. I haven't had that issue, my games just freeze up alot and it takes an act of 4 different Gods to start a game online.

The point of my thread here is different. I was looking around to see if MAYBE I was missing something. I played that Fantasy Challenge mode and beat it. Sort of.

I played all the way through and the last team is "Deceivers". I won. It said I was the supreme league champion. I got the points from the game... however. . it didn't unlock that team. So I went back to see why not and it says I never beat them. So I play again, same scenario. Theres no doubt madden 08 is the worst madden so far with all the glitches and bugs that aren't fixed. I may send it back, I'm unsure at the moment. I do like the Fantasy Challenge and everything.. got my fav. quaterback of all time JOE - FUCKING - MONTANA!

Anybody else have madden 08? Particularly for ps2? I suck at online play so if you want to play online then give me your name and I'll find you. My record is 0-2.. thats right, i got my ass kicked twice and stopped trying lol.

whats so great about the madden games? i don't get it. soccer's supposed to be the european thing but i think those are boring too. there's no killing in it. who cares about seeing a 3-dimensional animated version of your favorite sports-player doing a moonwalk?

I just like to play football. I don't know enough people to actually bust out a game of football at any time so I settle with video games. And doing the moonwalk I believe was refering to the glitches and bugs in the game right now (or at least i think thats what he meant). I don't buy a game for the glitches genious.
I have some war games, just killing games, etc. But right now the good one is Madden. I'm looking into some new shooters but nothings really caught my eye (well nothing on ps2).
