Probably not. Well i dont know about England but in the last couple of years it wasnt really snowing till Christmas.

Only one suitcase you going with?Unless you planning on shopping here and there in some of those places that you going to visit then i think you should take more clothes.I'd take summer and winter clothes just in case.

I'm not sure of the name, but I think it's about 30 mins by train from Edinburgh... lol, that's pretty vague isnt it...
