My cat can talk.Cats are actually very intelligent.To teach them to talk you must start with them at a young age and also must treat them as an equal.You have to earn a cat's respect,and it's lil known that cats that are closer to there owners(care takers) are more protective then some dogs.There's a website that teaches a person how to do it but you must be part of the secret cat society to view it.
