last night i flipped over to that TBN channel you know that christian channel and everything.. well anyways this commercial comes on and the dude is like "The Da Vinci Code is evil and is going to crumble the word of jesus!" He then goes on about "Please donate a seed of faith (money) to us for the price of $50 dollars to give protection against deception" and here's the great part

"If you send your seed of faith, god will overlook your decisions for ONE YEAR!"

you know what that means.. if you donate to the church for some anti da vinci shit, god will make sure you don't make any bad decisions for the whole year LOL what a joke

And people wonder why this world is going to hell in a handbasket. I can understand if they asked for donations to build a new church or help the needy or something like that but to say God will overlook any bad decisions for one year...come on now, that's ridiculous. These televangelists kill me always asking for money...and it's not just whatever you can give, it's $50 or $100. Those that actually go to church know that the preacher doesn't say any dollar amount, least ours don't, they just say whatever you can give.
On a side note:my oldest son is leaving Wed morning on a mission trip to help rebuild in Florida so y'all send up a prayer for him. Thanks.
