LMAO some dumb fuck gets tasered at a John Kerry event

so far all the witnesses have said the q&a was over and he rushed up to the mic because he was mad they ended it with people still in line waiting to ask questions. that is not uncommon at things like this.

and it has been mentioned he wasn't under arrested until he started to struggle with the police. before that he was being escorted out by the police after being asked to do by the person who was in the charge of the event.

there is no question the arrest was fair. the tasering might not have been fair.

If it was as clear as day that the officers acted accordingly, the school president wouldn't take this measure.

i think this is messed up.. what happened to freedom of speech? or just not being a violent cop using excessive force?

i think what is messed up is people not having a brain to understand this is not an issue of freedom of speech. he wasn't arrested for speaking out. he wasn't arrested for anything he said. try and understand what he is being charged with, why force what being used, and why the police arrestd him in the first place. it has nothing to do with freedom of speech,

he was free to say whatever he wanted and he did. but the people who organized the event were also free to cut his mic off and ask the police to escort him out of the building since he was a guest.

and of course kerry is going to say he will answer the question. most politicians would say that, it makes them look good. but in the end it isn't up to them if he is escorted out of the buidling or not or if charges are pressed against the guy.

The thing is he didn't go in there to ask good questions and raise good points. It's clear he went in there to disrupt and cause as big a scene as he could. Hence the owwwing like a wuss while being tasered. Only he knows why. A stunt for his friends. Taunting the cops. Something to get him in the news. Whatever. He is known around campus as a prankster. He should be prosecuted for that kind of BS, whatever his political point-of-view is, if he even has one.
