as far as i am concerned, i have yet to encounter, or even hear about anyone by the name of "Toby" that is worthy of remembrance. i see no indication in either sigh or scruffy's profiles/signatures that either have any connection to the name "Toby", i have never had either two of them ever speak the name to me privately, and only recently have i seen it been used on the boards. the real question you should ask is how could i ever get it, ever.
