Incarcerated rapper Lil' Kim is getting closer to completing her debt to society. According to her attorney Mel Sachs, the Queen Bee will be out from behind bars in time to enjoy the summer weather.

Kim began her year and a day sentence for perjury and conspiracy in September at the Philadelphia Federal Detention Center, Pennsylvania.

Sachs says, "A year and a day is actually less than a one-year sentence because, under the federal rules and the federal sentencing system, if there's an extra day, you get time credited to you. So, Kim will be out in late spring or early summer."

In related news, Lil' Kim's reality TV show has set new records, as we reported earlier here.
