'Life's So Hard On A G' question

I tried to do a research but I couldn't find any thread in this forum so... Is the version of 'Life's So Hard On A G' which is on The Way He Wanted It the OG version? If that's the case I guess the song is pre-DR because it's produced by Randy 'Big Stretch' Walker. The version on Gang Related has one more verse and the way Pac raps seems a lil' bit different... What did Pac do with the song? Did he decide to change it while he was signed on DR? Thanks.

I'm not sure if the version on The Way He wanted It is the og (I have yet to order the cd) but I know that the OG version is pre DR, I guess he decided to redo it. Personally I like the OG beat better, it's much more laid back, but the beat on Gang Related kinda suits the song better
