good point. just cause we evolved from monkeys doesn't mean another intelligent life-form didn't evolve from snakes or carnivorous plants lol.

I think it's been suggested that if there is intelligent life out there, it would probably be generally similar to us. Certain developments have allowed us to become as advanced as we are - things like opposable thumbs, big brains, bipedalism, vocal chords - helped us get to where we are today. Logic says that any other species out there that is as intelligent as us would have to share some of these characteristics.

Obviously, what they look like depends on what their planet is like, though.
 
lol at the bigfoot idea btw. that picture looks like a monkey man. it doesn't look much larger than a normal sized human male so how is its feet big enough to call it bigfoot instead of "monkeyman"?

Thing is, on another planet with different atmosphere and all that different conditions stuff there probably wouldn't be any creature similar to those here on earth. If there's no oxygen they wouldn't have lungs or vocal chords, they would communicate (or not) in a different way and use a different source as their energy. They would also look different.

Most probably life forms from any other planet look totally unlike anything we have seen before because they're not related to earth and our evolution in any way.

i saw this again on mtv.......im going to take a wild guess and say that its tome cruise in that pic. why? because no mission is impossible for tom cruise.

That bigfoot picture was proven to be a fake not too long ago. So yea it was a man in a monkey suit haha.
