If it turns out to be a Lakers-Clippers 2nd round, that's up to 7 home games for the Lakers (are there even enough diehard Clipper fans in the country to fill the Staples Center?), definitely a winnable (sp?) series for them.

The Clippers are in a whole more rounded fundamental team. The problem with them is that they are inexperience in playoffs. Sam the alien Cassell will have to step it up like he has been. Now the Lakers, if Kobe is healthy they are good and probably favorite to win the series.

Personally I am rooting for the Clippers. I have been a closet fan since 1995. The reason for being a closet fan is that there was nothing in those years to cheer about other than Danny Manning, Pooh Richardson & Erik Piatkowski (the only white guy in the team I think lol.)

Ive always like the Clippers. I was a big fan in 2001 when they had Odom, Miles and Brand (I thought that was a future power house). The only time I root against them is when they play the Lakers.
