Yep, the new KoRn album is out, and it doesn't have a name. It is not self titled since their first album was, it is not literally called "Untitled" either, it just....doesnt have a name. Jonathan Davis said he wanted the fans to call it whatever they want.

I'm bumping it now, and liking it a lot so far. The single, "Evolution" is what's standing out the most so far but I haven't heard the whole thing yet.

whats the sound like on the album militant? i know this Lp didn't have david and that they introduced a keyboardist. I know that See You On The Other Side was dope, better then I expected esp. considering Head was/is one of my fav. guitarists. Better then Munky IMO even tho is up there too.

It is sick. They are really pushing themselves, there's a tight ballady track with piano all over it that sounds really influenced by Robert Smith and The Cure....unsurprising since I know JD is a big fan, and Robert Smith performed with them at MTV Unplugged.

Some really dope tracks on this album. I listened to it all last night and I'm really into the grinding industrial bass of "Bitch We Got A Problem", and "Evolution" is still a favorite. There's some sick shit on this album.

I really liked "See You On The Other Side" as well. Lots of people dismissed it because of them working with The Matrix who are primarily pop producers, but I thought there was some great songs on that album. I'm going to go to HMV and cop this new one properly later on today I think, hopefully I can get the deluxe version with the bonus DVD.

I got "See You On The Other Side" the deluxe edition the day it dropped, 2 days later there was none left and I havent seen many more copies of that to this day, most stores carry the regular one.

if someone heard this album and it was their 1st taste of KoRn, then went back and heard their debut or say life is peachy they'd be WTF? This isn't the same band.

KoRn transition and evolution musically > many acts through out any genre of music.

BTW I wanna work with you on music but more so to study and learn off you if anything. I have ideas which i know you will like/appreciate more so then others. my msn is pray_2_me@hotmail.com, add me one day and also what does it take to be on Mili's superly list? lol

True. Although, the progression of their sound was at a relatively normal pace until Head left. I think him leaving was a catalyst for a lot of changes, since "See You On The Other Side" was the biggest progression of any one album compared to the previous. This new album continues along that path.

I will definately add you on MSN man when I get a chance. I'm going to be away this weekend as I am seeing Prince perform in London tomorrow night. But will maybe chat to you within the next week if I get time.

As for the list, you have to work your way up to being on the list...starting with reps lol.
