Kool G Rap Releasing Album in September

Latchkey Recordings and Chinga Chang Records have teamed up to release the highly anticipated new album Half A Klip by legendary MC Kool G Rap. Half A Klip features all new G Rap material and includes production from legends DJ Premier, Marley Marl and Domingo (co-executive producer). Look for the DJ Premier produced single to drop in August.

Kool G Rap rose to fame in the 80’s as part of the Juice Crew and is known for lacing classic tracks like “The Symphony,” "Streets of New York," "Poison," and "Road to the Riches.” G Rap was one of the first MCs to hit listeners with vivid tales of gritty street life and influenced a generation of artists.

Half A Klip – nothing but classic, raw Kool G Rap, is in stores 9/11/07.

Im definitely gonna buy this.It good to see that Marley Marl and DJ Premier are producing on it.
