According to reports from the British media, Kanye West was arrested early morning today (November 14) following an incident involving a photographer.
The Chicago-bred MC is said to be linked to an assault on a photographer that took place outside Newcastle nightclub in England.
“We can confirm that a 31-year-old man was arrested following an incident at a Newcastle city center nightclub in the early hours of this morning. He was released without charge and no further police action is being taken,” stated a spokesperson for the Northumbria Police.
In related news, Kanye’s much anticipated fourth studio effort 808’s & Heartbreak, is scheduled for release on Monday (November 24).
The album, originally rumored to be titled A Good Ass Job, will be distributed via Rock-A-Fella / Def Jam.
