Non-Urban Music Kaiser Chiefs

#2
The Kaiser Chiefs rock hard. I'm about to order their album, though I've heard quite a big chunk of it. Along with Bloc Party, The Futureheads, The Go! Team and others, they represent a very exciting time in British rock music.

Btw, Illuminattile, yeah I'm about to get Bloc Party too.
I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

You should check out The Go! Team, they're...unique. They use old TV theme tunes and stuff, coupled with guitars and drums (they have two drummers) and a female vocalist who playground-chants/raps along...I can't explain it, just check 'em out. If you watch Soccer AM, the song "Ladyflash" is used for the 10 yard bucket challenge. "Bottle Rocket" is one of my favourites.

You can't possibly call rock music repetitive if you listen to rap music. 99.9% of rap is the same old tired subject matter.

what i mean is its like the same concept, u hear two verses, the chorus, then just the instrumentle for about a minute then fading out with the chorus.

raps a lot more different, i mean a lot of rap is based on verse, hook, verse, hook, verse hook, but theres a lot of other new concepts, i.e hooks mixed into verses, more than three verses, one long verse, two long verses, etc.
