A lot of ppl are saying he recorded his verse after pac's death and it was meant as a tribute. 2 things that makes me wonder if that's true:
- Kadafi doesn't say something that makes you think his verse was a tribute
- Kadafi recorded his verse while 2pac was alive

So, can some1 shed some light on this besides saying i'm being hardheaded about it and that it was a tribute etc etc....

Check out the 2pac 4 Ever DVD, you see + hear Kadafi recording his verse for U Can B Touched and 2pac is there so i'm not making it up.

That's from Before I Wake, check 2pac 4 ever DVD it's on there, i used to have screen caps from it but deleted them maybe some1 else has them. You see him in the booth and it's a green / black-white atmosphere and on one screen there's 'Kadafi' and below that 'recording artist' in the right corner.

Maybe he recorded his verse for it and 2pac didn't like it or there was meant to be a second version. He must have written the lyrics while pac was alive and besides that i think not many ppl see his verse as a tribute.

urm just listend to kadafis verse and this line may shed some light

"Remember what Pacino told me, before he passed. Watch them clowns with them crocodile smiles cause they phony. I get that cash, stay lonely."

now he says Pacino which could be anyone but im guessin its Pac. he may have had the verse done before pac died then changed it up a little bit.

so am i a little less "pwned" now?
if you interpret my posts as arrogant, i'd suggest you look into your own psyche's rationale for this, since i was posting up a tidbit of knowledge for the benefit of the board. yes i was told this by a reliable source, and i think that the verse uses both indirect and personification as pac as mechanisms of tribute. my 2 cents. throw a hissy fit if you need to.

Fatal, Noble and Kadafi had a friend from Jersey who was nicknamed Al Pacino (after the actor) who was killed in 1995, thats who Kadafi was refering to.
