... that I think it's funny that people were complaining about Eminem taking a verse from an unleaked song and putting it on Souljah Like Me, and now they're saying that's what LT Hutton should've done to Pac's Life instead of taking a verse that was already released.

Me personally I would rather him do that then take a verse from an unheard song and lower the chances of said unheard ever being released.

Thoughts?

eminem didnt choose the verses to be mixed
Well, people were still complaining about it and getting pissed at Eminem for it. They're saying LT Hutton should do something that they were pissed at Eminem for doing (they thought it was Eminem that did it, that's all that matters).

i can only stick my opinion on the two leaked tracks when i hear the whole album. but as for now, i can only say that i'd rather hear some near unmodified pac on some "club potential" tracks, which sound quite nice imo, than hearing pac as an alien on half of a classic track with a gay man singing the hook (which was recycled).

i think (this is just my opinion) that pac's life, since it was one verse should've been used for the intro. it would be ideal if the OG sample was used, since basically that is what the whole song is based around, but i understand that they couldn't. if they had to remix the beat, that's cool, but they should have left it solo.

2pac fans will allways hate. Hell if Tupac was alive and making these albums without telling you... You'd still hate.

I haven't heard anything I like yet, admitedly. But... I can't hate until I get that product. If only Amaru would work closer with us. I'd help them for free.

Thats a generalisation and twisting of the fans words, imo.

If you take something and degrade it ppl will be upset, the majority of the fans who 'hate' are aware of the original tracks and see the shift and the motives for changes on the 'official' tracks.

I think the prime motivator is quality for the fans, whilst it is very easy to see by the roaster on the more recent Pac albums that quality is equated with who is a well known name.

Its like any great painter, obviously there is a difference between restoring the Sistine Chapel and completly altering it, same thing, just different medium.

peace,
Khalil

I am generalising. I didn't have time to list every Pac fan by name.
