I dont understand why y'all want Jhonny J on the album. I mean he made some classics, but he can also produce an amature beat and put an amature singer on the hook, for example:

i agree with you except on this aint livin. imo, it is one of the best songs on the album. the hook wasnt that good, though.

the acapella amaru used was a different version than the widely leaked og version. this alternate vocal (from an alternate and unwidely leaked og) doesn't have the chorus or hook vocals, but does have the intro and other differences. if you search for a thread by me entitled "amaru ain't that bad" or something of that nature you'll get an elaboration.

Yep, that is complete and utter bullshit! Hate to use Kanye West as an example, but you guys do know almost 100% of his songs use samples? Correct? Sample clearance (especially for moneybags Amaru) is absolutely not a problem.
