Now, a college student in South Florida claims Pesci put his pugnacious persona into action by punching him in the face when he snapped a photograph of the star.

Juan Carlos Montenegro, 24, of Fort Lauderdale claims Pesci gave him a fat lip Sunday in the parking lot of a Jamba Juice store in Boca Raton, Fla.
