According to reports, Jay-Z and Beyonce may have gotten married on July 2 on an island called Chappaquiddick. There were busboys and waiters all over the place and rumors were buzzing of marriage that entire weekend.
Observer reports: On Saturday, July 1, rumors flew about Martha's Vineyard. Busboys and waiters everywhere said that Jay-Z and Beyonce were getting married on the island. Locals said they saw an enormous tent being erected on Sunday on Chappaquiddick, a small island barely attached to Martha's Vineyard and accessible by ferry.
The day the wedding would have taken place was a gorgeous, sunny day. Unfortunately the marriage remains a rumor, as no proof of a wedding ever turned up.
As a side note, Jay-Z's new album American Gangster is set to top the charts.
