Well, not really...

...but my gf dropped my notebook some months ago. It only had a minor damage at the top right corner so the notebook itself worked without problems. Finally i sent the notebook to the insurance company and today they called me telling me i would have two options (sidenote: I bought it for 760€ in april):

1) They keep it and give me 750€

or

2) I get it back and they give me 550€

What the....? The expert said it wouldnt make much sense repairing it which i dont really understand. I expected them to pay me maybe around 150€ so i could give it to someone who can repair it. But 550€ is reeeeally nice.

P.S. 30€ are already gone.......i just got caught by a speed camera on the autobahn. Fuck.

haha nice. My cousin bought a LCD 46 inch TV once and it stopped working and the screen wouldnt come up so they sent him a new one but then the old one started working again.

Of course you can. Its not like we are allowed to drive as fast as we want to everywhere. At this point, 80kmh was allowed, due to a following building lot. I drove about 95-100.

Yeah, i expected to pay at least 75€ but when i came back home and searched on the internet what i will have to pay, i was surprised its only 30€.

Do you get any other punishment? (Over here you get points on your licence...too many points and it's a ban)

12 points and you normally go to court to get a ban....you get 3 points for most speeding offences as well as a £60 fine.
