Well - adding to Ceasar's comment I noticed a funny thing a few days ago.
I saw somebody using my post from the video game section (that I thought is sort of dead) on a video game board. I found it by total accident, someone's post looked somewhat familiar, I checked it and it was exactly it copied and pasted directly from my post. He typed it like it was his, not mentioning that it's quoted or anything. It was one of my longer posts from a thread about the PS3. It made me think how many people visit this board and only browse through everything learning from us lol

I'd temp ban for a comment like this, whoever said this. I like rude humor at times but there are some limits. I wouldn't tell a black man that I wish he and his family were wiped out by kkk.
There's a line that you shouldn't cross. Till it doesn't get funny, only offensive.

It just proves that a lot more people read the site and its comments than post. So just because the close knit group of posters didnt find it offensive because they know his humor, doesnt mean that other readers didnt find it offensive.

And like I said I had an African-American reader contact me over the comment.

Whoever said the holocaust comment should have been banned too. You have to understand all admins and supermods are only human and dont catch everything or pay attention to everything. I just saw that carmi reported the post on New Years Eve, I personally had other things to do and worry about. Sometimes that happens. If dilla says something like that again he will be banned just like da_funk, and that goes for anyone else.

Yeah I reported it. I can't remember if it was New Year's eve or not. Maybe. But it's not because that specific day you couldn't take care of it that days later it couldn't have been taking care. You're the admin it's your job. It's funny how it got closed but nothing was done about it.
