satly is right, he is the biggest icon in rap, and nobody will ever take his spot.
this question all depends on how you define talented. lyrically? artistic wise? creative with song writting?
lyrically, many rappers are better. biggie for example is much better lyrically.
song writting. i feel that nas is just as good of a song writter as tupac. they both are great story tellers, and many others rappers are just as good at telling stories through their raps as tupac was. is tupac a better storyteller than say outkast or eminem? imo no.
this doesnt mean im not a fan, but lets get real about this, there are plenty of rappers that are just as talented as tupac. yeah he wrote a bunch of songs and recorded many in little time frame. but that doesnt make him more talented than any other rapper. it just means he worked a lot and spent most of his time in the studio.
