How much do you smoke dogg? I blaze a couple times a week max, anything more than that and you'll probably be trippin a bit and gettin all paranoid. But it's all good, just try and clear your mind a bit in between getting blazed :)

I am always paranoid man. I am always paranoid. Right after i smoke, i start to get all paranoid. Its just everything that surrounds it, like, not trying to smell like weed, not letting people see me hit my pipe while im driving in my car, my parents opening my car door in the morning while im still asleep and smelling the inside of my car, my hands smelling like weed, my breath smelling like weed, my eyes looking glazed, my eyes looking all read. That is what goes through my mind in about 2 minutes. All that shit and it all relates to being a paranoid motherfucker. As i am sitting here typing this, it really makes me realize how much of a problem i have. It seems that i have dug myself in a hole and i have quite a bit of a climp ahead of me.

I have no clue how much i smoke a day, but lets just say at least one bowl pack a day to the face. yesterday all i did was sit around and smoke, and i basically smoked an 1/8 with one other person. Thats just too much smoke.
 
I used 2 be there...smoked a bit more tho. But I just cut back and just started saying "fuck it." Cuz weed isnt that bad of a thing if you know how 2 use it/don't abuse it...so fuck it if people C me tokin - I think its better than smokin cigarettes or drinking.

Been there mate, i used to go through an O a week for personals. It's too much dude, period. Think about it this way, if you saw someone drinking alcohol as much as you smoke pot then you'd think they were an alcoholic. So in effect you need to cut down. You don't need to stop completely, weed is a good drug, but like anything it can only be good in moderation.

Get yourself to the point where you're thinking "do i need this joint?", what kind of state will it put you in for whatever you have to do over the next couple of hours. If you can do this you'll cut down loads. Personally, my rule is that on weekdays, when i work, i won't toke until after 7.30pm. That way anything that needed doing is done and it's simply a way of unwinding rather than sometihng i have to do.

Cut down and i guarantee you'll feel better. Less paranoia, you'll be more productive and as a result your self-esteem will improve too.
