Ok...I've had an Ipod Nano since mid October and I'm not impressed thus far. It did work but now whenever I turn the thing on, it just brings up an address for the Ipod support site (which I've gone all over and can't find useful information about how to use my ipod!) Basically I can't use it because this address keeps on coming up.

I've tried downloading the updater and restoring to factory settings - doesn't work and also tried resetting obviously which still doesn't work.

Any ideas about how I can actually get my ipod to work? It would be much appreicated.

Return it to the place of purchase and show them that screen.

poop on it.....

haha, sorry, i just had to say taht with all the other morons...

anyways, that site isnt supposed to come up unless something's wrong, so obviously, something is.. either take it back to the place you bought it from, or try this...

my friend dropped his pod and it got messed up...he bought it from an apple store at our local mall, so he went there and told them that he had called apple and told them about the problem and they said to just come in and they'd replace it....oh, he didnt have his warranty either, so thats reallythe reason he did it..try it out, and see if it works....

obviously somethign's fucked up, and it needs to be fixed
