You guys heard about all the reception issues with the new iPhone? Apparently Steve Jobs tried to cover it up by claiming people are "holding it wrong".

LMFAO.

From what I understand, the normal way of holding the phone ends up blocking the antenna due to the new design, thus cutting your signal. And they didn't notice during internal testing, because Apple insisted all the people field-testing it, have it inside a case so it was made to look like a 3GS. The lost prototype that Gizmodo got, was inside one of those cases.

now my cousin (the elder brother of the one who has the SE X10) wants the iPhone 4. im trying to persuade him to get a Galaxy S so i can have a play around with it. He wants the iPhone because he thinks it looks nice and wants a HD screen. I told him in basic terms about samsungs super amoled screen, great battery life, speedy cpu and great graphics. he's not very technical so dont know how much he understood.

he better not get the iphone!! hes a stubborn one he is!! any other reasons i can persuade him with, i want to see the galaxy s. went to the shop today and they didnt have any on demo, just pictures on a poster.

Yeah. Apparently there is an software update coming this week to rectify this. Although the problem sounded hardware to me.
