Can somebody tell me more bout this Picture, how come Pac´s tatoos are like erased, and he has a surgery mark on his right lung area?????????

That's not a good pic..the scar isn't real and he didn't have all his tattoos at that time.

From my computer it's obvious someone photosphoped over the tattoo's on his arm and 'attempted' to add a scar over the right side of his body.
