Fixed.... For Both of us... lol. I now can, and you now can't... Sorry. I don't think Rukas wants mods to have that functionality. But you can still edit the post and remove the offending images.

^Well, in fact, I'm waiting for my banning powers. He said he'd get around to it when he has time. *crickets*

But yeah I can survive without permanent deletions.

15,000 = 0.011759172154280339% of the population. That doesn't sound like much of a national disaster to me.

Yeah its a shitty thing to happen. I dreaded what could have happened to my friends, I thought they could be all dead. But I believed that because I was lead to believe by the media that things were far more drastic than they were.

The media I watched made it sound exactly like it was. Tokyo and the majority of Japan were not affected by the Tsunami, but felt the Earthquake. They highlighted the devastation on the coast, and since it's such a dense population I can see why. Also with the fall out from the Nuclear Plants.

Sometimes you gotta think for yourself too, we don't need to media to spell everything out for us.

I had a friend traveling in Japan at that time, and with little knowledge of Japan and her rough travel plans I pretty quickly found that she wasn't in the affected areas.

My point was, the media here, and in the US, like to exagerate and dramatize everything so they can sell storys.
