How can anyone not talk about this GREAT FILM?

I think it's the best movie since Dark Knight.

SPOILERS:

With the ending, I feel like he Nolan left it open for a sequel because it left it unexplained, imo.
You couldn't tell if he was in a reality or still a dream by fact because the thing didn't stop spinning, nor did it keep showing if it stopped or not. It's almost as if he didn't care, like he was happy with THAT 'reality,' because he got to see his children. Does that mean that it's possible his wife was right and he was dreaming, since it didn't stop?

There is many more I like to add, but I'm quite tired and go to work. It was a long day. I'm looking forward to the responses. *Cough* SNOWMAN! ;)

I'm sure, If DP is a man, he'd of seen this. This is like the twilight for men, mothafucka.

Until today I hadn't seen anything about it but in the last 24 hours its almost the only thing I've heard about, besides Mel Gibson. LOL... I wanna go see it, Leonardo DiCaprio is reason enough.. But it sounds good. Definately getting big raves.

Heard about it, definitely want to go see it some time. But wasn't going to start a thread since I didn't see it yet.

I loved this movie, I wasn't confused at all. Actually one thing I;m still in limbo about, heh, is if the main story is the main story or if the real story is what you were sort of eluding to in your post shadows...

spoiler suckas

I'm not sure if they were trying to pull inception on Jr on Leo himself, or both. You know what I mean?

Spoilers: (This whole post)

Well, Aron, a friend of mine went to go see it again and he noticed that each time Leo dreamt, he had his ring on. Each time he was in reality, he didn't. In the end he didn't, so that might have denoted my theory.

Aron:
It sounds like it was supposed to be just on Jr. to help the company.
Unless of course, like you said, maybe they did the leap of faith and put the idea in Leo's head that the dream world was a reality because his children are always wearing the same thing...

I really need to see this again. I see this making a ton of money just like Dark Knight.

What #'s is this movie pulling? Anyone know?

Male, female, both, neither - you will like this film if you're not an idiot.

Memento, Insomnia, Batman Begins, The Prestige, The Dark Knight, Inception...

That's a pretty amazing CV.

I thought it was great, so did my girlfriend. I left the cinema kind of questioning my own reality.

One thing I dont get. MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR SPOILERS.....

Ok, so we have the real world right? Right.

The GIRL creates a dream and we hook into it and Jr. goes in and fills it. So we have Level 1.

Level 1: The City level / Van scene. They hook into another level created by the girl and we have Level 2.

Level 2: The hotel level. They hook once again into a level created by the girl and we go to Level 3.

Level 3: The snow level. Created by the girl, populated by Jr. We know it is populated by him because it has security and we know it is created by her because they ask her for directions.

Jr dies. So he goes into a Limbo of HIS mind.

They then hook into Leo's limbo, so why is Jr. inside Leo's dream world? All the levels are created by the girl. When you die you go to your own limbo. They hook into Leo's dream/limbo. How is Jr there? How does Leo then get into Saito's limbo to rescue him?

How long is the movie? It sounds like one of those 2-3 hr long movies.
148 minutes.

The movie was pretty good, maybe I'm not in the hype like everyone else, I saw the movie opening day and it was pretty good...that's about it. Nothing to go home and write to your mom about.

Maybe it's just me.

I think, when you die, you go into "A" Limbo. That's why Leo and his girl share the same imbo/dream, and why he get's a hold of Saito, correct? I dunno, man, it's been awhile since I saw this and no one asked that and I don't remember if I answered that question myself.

I must see this damn movie again. hah
