Whose your incarcerated favorite? Why?
Mines would be, (as you would have guessed)...
Flesh-N-Bone. The underrated and oldest bone thug. During the time he was free, he was the first out of the group to release his 2 albums. Due to lack of promotion, they didn't do too well, but the album, at least the first one personally, were very decent albums with Flesh-N-Bone spitting lyrics faster than Krayzie and Bizzy at times. He had different voices at times to. When he first started with BTNH, he had a deeper, but slick voice. On his albums, he became faster and divided his voice between rapping with a high pitched voice (at times sounding like a fast rapping Eazy-E) and a whispering voice, which you could witness on BTNHResurrection (2 Glocks, Don't Worry). Either was ok to me. Flesh-N-Bone also didn't get that much stardom with the group either because he unfortunately got into problems with the law and he didn't sign to Ruthless Records with the rest of the group for some reason. Thats why he's not on the majority of any pictures on the BTNH albums, even though he's the bigger brother of Layzie Bone.
In 2000, the same time BTNHResurrection and his 2nd solo album, 5th Dawg Let Loose, was released, he threatened somebody with an AK-47 and got an 11 year sentence. Since then, we haven't heard from him like you would've heard Shyne from his jailtime. The only time we heard from him was on the BTNH released album, Thug World Order. In the outro of the album, he describe his life in prison.
Sometimes I wonder where would Bone Thugs-N-Harmony be at if they had there 5th member along with. I believe some of there songs would've been better. He might have been better or similar to Krayzie Bone today. But through whatever, he proved himself to his fans.
Waiting for release: T.H.U.G.S. (Trues Humbly United Gathering Souls)
